The best part of my stay was the free shuttle service to the airport, which saved me around €30. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was a slight issue with the shuttle timing, but overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist. LOVED the outdoor pool! Definitely going back. The pool was even better in person!

I chose this hotel for attending to a convocation, and it's perfectly situated near Adolfo Suarez Airport of Madrid-Barajas, Estadium Civitas Metropolitano, and IFEMA for both leisure and business trips to the capital. The hotel provides excellent facilities including a 24-hour reception, restaurant bar, outdoor pool, and a fitness center, which made for a relaxing stay after a long work day.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a printer in the business center.

There's a shopping centre within a ten-minute walk, and the hotel offers free transfers to the airport. On weekends and holidays, they also provide free transfers to the city center. the breakfast was good with great coffee, and the restaurant had a small but quality menu. We would definitely use this hotel again.
